Hiya, I dont think we should bother with too much formality in guild. The Dwarf, in the hotseat do not deserve that...
However we do need to do some activities, just to have more fun primary, to get to know each other secondary. This latter is devious and can lead to all sorts of problems such as recruiting guild rules etc...
A suggestion of activities could be:
- instances: deadmines, black fathom deeps, gnomergan etc...
- guild meeting, meet at a certain time and space to show of latest shoulderpads, and to discuss a set agenda.
- rp event, yes rp is not dead, even though most people seem caught up in the games storylines and quests. But the ol rp event is suredly a thing that will come. This game have also the advantage of creating new characters which can act as NPC's.
- PvP, the exultation the other night when my mage killed a ?? level Tauren is not to be denied. Hopefully I will get broadband in a week or 2 so then we will go raiding.
When doing hunts and stuff specifying dungeon level and character level is a must. A party should have +/- 2-3 levels tops for all to get some enyoyement out of it. Also picking too easy dungeons might not always be a good thing.
A thing also, when doing the instance a second time, to help out or whatnot, I think it is good to slow yourself down and let people have a good look at the dungeon. Getting the atmosphere so to say. Going in PvP tempo killing spree is wasting the experience a bit in my opinion.
Ok killing skeletons at raven hill should be done in a spree I agree...
I will continue to spam this board more with suggestions, tactics ideas and you know... But right now I am only 1 hour late for work so laters...

PS: Writing stories and posting em connecting your character to each others and to the world is not forbidden, it might give us a push to rp more. I do not disapprove of the relaxed rp we do now, but it could be more immersive. Chat bubbles... mmm
