I been fiddling with the idea to gather up alot of players from Andune, Meridian Guard, Custodes Fati and others (no i've not contacted either guild yet).

Main idea behind the event is ofcourse PvP. With interaction between the guilds, that will hopefully give some good roleplaying experience.

The goal would be to attack a town/outpost of the horde, and hold it for as long as possible. Now this would of course, launch huge attacks from the horde, thus making it possible to keep the outpost for 5minutes who knows. But im sure there would be other people who would join us, thus gives us the possible chance to hopefully, hold the outpost for couple of more minutes :)

Ofcourse, if "outsiders" would join up, it might not be roleplayers and what not, but the idea is to create interaction betwen our guilds and have a fun event.

Any ideas? Thoughts?

Could be fun.

Problem i find is with these blue killers. They come in pick a stategic target( usually a the priests), offload their spells

What about choosing that Fortress south of the Orc starter area? It maybe filled with human npcs, but they are friendly to us. Then we can organize a raid into that other Orc city nearby.

I think that would be fun. I'm up for it. Coming Easter weekend is good for me :)

RAID!

Aye this could be fun, however since we probably will be around mid 30ish level, we are a vulnerable lot.

This should not limit us to try and die gloriously.

Im in of course goes without saying, that is if ye have use for another explosion or 5.

Ideas. Closest town to the fortress, is Ratchet which we do not want to raid. I think barrens is a bad place to raid since those defending there is really to low level. Better to go to a place where the right level 30-40 are normally hunting.

Alterac Mountains
Arati Highlands
Desolace

Seem suitable targets if we want PvP

If we want to raid and kill NPC's to take a town, then the newbie Taurens have reasonable guards. Anyplace with lvl 55 elite guards is a bit out of my league at the moment.

Killing newbie quest givers and guard though give a bad ring to it... And I must say I like taurens... Maybe attack outposts in Ashenvale/ Stonetalon Mountain? And make a glorious dash into the barrens for a final death. Depending on the size of the raid party we could probably kill 1 or 2 guards... Maybe...

well this is more rambling than not, so I better finish , but anyway Ill join any foolish attack during easter if possible. A bit of chaotic home situation though so I cant 100% promise.

A few days ago I heard a rumour that our sister Shareella has been hunting undead around the Undercity. Maybe she can give us a few details on how it went.

Generally most Horde settlements I approached were guarded by NPCs 50+ and even a counterpart to Astranaar would defend with 40+. I could imagine to take over a Horde stronghold with lesser NPCs and thus trigger hostile players to come there. Or arrange something alike with the Severed Heads.

Witnessed and participated in defeating the intrusion of Ironforge by about 50 Horde players last night. They got slaughtered (by players) again and again within two buildings in the Mystic Ward because if they would have moved out the guards would have joined in. Although I considered the event pretty dewdish (among those I targetted were two yellers who had been in IF two nights before) things turned nice when after they left a level 6 Alliance rogue named Emissary spoke up in #LocalDefense without getting flamed.

I attended an meating of 4-5 different guild leaders after that attack. We sat and planned an counter offensive to the IF attack, it was really nice, we were in an inn in Stormwind park.

It was really nice to see the guild leaders talk (all in RP) and alliances were made then and there. If you want i can call on you for our next meeting.

It was great fun, we attacked a horde camp south in the barrens, (camp taroju or something similar), we completly smashed it, and then we moved to the crossroads where the battle raged back and forward multiple times, i myself was at the gates at 4 different times during the battle.

After the battle, wich we deemed a succes, we had a debrief in a tavern in IF, alot of talk of tactics and training etc. And alot of Ales were had.

This was a great RP event, all from the guild leader meating, to the gathering of forces, the attack, the battle, and the afthermath with the debrief.

Good things are to come in the future. No doubt.
