Everyone still happy with questing and grinding?

Or does anyone want to discuss the future in WoW, i.e roleplaying stuff..?

I mean if we dont flesh out some ideas, then we will be quite bored with the game in a couple of months imho.

I dont want to rush things, still having fun and all, but some ideas and discussion about the future would be nice.

Ive reached level 40, got the mount, joined the guild, got the gear, got some gold to spare also.

So now im interested in what more WoW got to offer. Or rather what we might make of WoW.

I roleplay everyday too, the usual meet and greet roleplaying, like i said, im still having fun, but will i have the same fun in 2 months without doing something on a "bigger scale"? i doubt it...

This was not an "im bored thread". It was more of a : "Damn this place is quiet thread".

Probably not everyone has noticed the forums are back up :)

There are many options for RP, there are many locations in the NPC Cities which seem to have been placed specifically for RP use, empty taven in Stormwind Park for instance.

I would suggest we at some point agree a meeting spot, just like we had the Owl's Eye. Be it an NPC tavern or one of the empty buildings that we take over.

RP comes from interaction, interaction comes from, well, meeting people :) To meet people in such a large world we need a communal base camp of sorts imho.

I'm drawn to the Deepwater Tavern in Menethil Harbour for some strange reason... ;)

Good post, it sums up what im feeling quite well, would be nice to do roleplaying with people that you actually will meet again, not once or twice a month <grins>.

As for location, maybe its still to early to decide, but i agree the DeepWater tavern is tempting hehe. Otherwise i like Theramore Port alot (take the boat one hop from Menethil).

Tavern meetings sounds like a good start...I think the new chatbubbles will improve RP:ing aswell.

Deepwater Tavern is central to alliance lands. Probably them dwarves will want it ti be Ironforge but that place is so noisy, and dont get me on the smell.


My rp is preety limited, it seems i keep meeting so many non rp talkers, i really hate the text "tnx".

Its just a pity so many quests you need help for, you have to associate with the underclasses. I try to suppress my God given elven right to order the other races around, its hard but i try.

If you see a fuming elf with steam coming out of his ears, thats me. And seriously cant people tell a female elf from a male one?

The Custodes have a guild meeting this saturday, i will bring up the question of an Tavern meeting place with them.

Dont know if they want a Custodes only "Guild house/Tavern" or not, but imho it would be better if the place in question is shared by us all...
