Hiya,

I was one of the lucky to get my account created before that page
went missing for many hours, must have been painful for all of you
stuck on the other side.

I have had great fun so far, never really played much in beta, so
its mostly new stuff to me. Been a very smooth release from my point
of view anyway, the worst that happend me is 20 minutes in queue,
which is no big deal when I am like playing long hours and it gives
you some time to browse a forum or two!
"to get a breather" so to speak :)

I am Pirotezz on DaggerSpine, undead warlock with engineering.

Might create an orc or nightelf on the RP server later on for some
more RP which is lacking a lot at the moment on daggerspine, but then
I play with people who are no into it much anyway so...

The world feel very alive and the graphics are so much better then
Everquest2, it doesnt stutter or lag, I got it all set to max
running a resulotion of 1280x1024, worst drop I had was like 20 fps
in overcrowded areas. Thats a fresch change from games like SWG and
EQ2 who still crawl at minimum settings on a pretty decent box.
Screenshots doesnt make the WoW world justice....

So far a very nice launch and a great game. :D

"Severed Heads" are up and runing since yesterday evening. So far we have a great time and nearly no ooc problems from the playerbase. Lots of mature people with nice interactions.

Agreed, a very good game so far.

I was one of those that got stuck on the account page when it went down x( But after some hours of pressing F5 and installing Firefox things got up and running. :7

I made my character on the RP server and bimbled out in the shape of a Night Elf. I probably have the longest name too! }( Im playing a hunter with leatherworking, and i can that im VERY impressed with the crafting so far, its no way near the pain you had in SWG.

I teamed up with Eefin and Karma most of the weekend, and we had some good fun. I can say that we havent done a 100% roleplaying, since many things are still new to us and we're learning :) Thats why i adress that Karma is our WoW Question Consultant (WoWQC) :9

Right now, im trying to collect people to sign up for the guild, so that i can get that started. Right now i have Karma and Eefin signed up so i need more people!! :7

See you in game!

I had a good weekend too.

Spent most of my tim on Saturday on daggerspine with my orc rogue, teamspeaking to some RL friends.

Sunday I spent leveling my mage on Argent Dawn and met up with loads of people here and from Custodes Fati.

I'm finding the mage interesting as exploring the Alliance areas is all new to me but I think I'll concentrate on the PvP server again now for a while.

I am thinking of starting/belonging to yet another guild on Argent Dawn - an order of human paladins. :p

Im very impressed with the atmosphere in the RP server. What a difference from the PvP server i played on in beta!

Alot of RPíng going on all over the place. Currently doing the basic quests and getting up in level some so i can relax later and focus more on RPíng.

The most OOC talk i see are in the group/party channel, wich is ok imho.

Even the General channel is full off IC stuff, but i think i will turn off all channels later on. It will improve the RP experiance alot methinks.

Met alot of great guys/gals wich i have quested with. We even did the Deadmines yesterday and i got alot of great loot :-) .

Im currently a level 18 Warrior.

I expect the raids and the first PvP action to form up towards the next weekend, people are getting up in level quite fast and this will result in raids and PvP action soon :-) .
