Currently there are contests running on several german fansites in which one can win beta keys. Links can be found on http://www.wow-europe.com/de/. Apart from the language barrier I am not certain wether they are restricted to germans, though. I suggest you also look out for similar events in the UK, Sweden or whereever you're from. Good luck!
